• Orders can be cancelled only before 7:00 PM on the same day.
• Once processing starts, cancellation is not allowed.
• Refunds apply only for damaged or incorrect items.
• Refund requests must be raised within 2 hours of delivery.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
